Who We Are: BAHEP serves 18 municipalities along the Houston region’s Gulf Coast within Harris and Galveston Counties. Founded in 1976 from a committee of the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, BAHEP has participated in the expansion and maturation of the region’s economy and quality of life for 48 years- leading the region’s economic prosperity and growth, and serving as a trusted, responsive, and effective advocate.

2. Partnership Building: BAHEP excels in creating partnerships that lead to business recruitment, expansion, retention, and creation.
