Strength in diversity
Diversity in the major commercial law firms has drawn justifiable attention in recent years, with a prime focus on partnership gender imbalance. Lately, limited ethnic diversity among lawyers has also been highlighted. We have some way to go in both regards. We believe in a workplace where everyone is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
