Bounce Back! , R.E. & Habits of Mind

At TSS Preparatory School we want our boys to be able to cope with, and respond posiƟvely to, the complexity of their everyday lives. To assist us we have implemented The BOUNCE BACK! Classroom Resiliency Program which addresses the environmental building blocks and the personal skills for fostering resilience in children and young people; along side Habits of Mind and our Chapel and Religious EducaƟon programs. Together this makes for a very solid, well-rounded program.

Religious Education Boys at Prep are carefully guided as they confront many of the issues facing young people today. In class, through the study of the Bible and its relevance, through the invesƟgaƟon of other religious tradiƟons, through discussion of the moral and ethical issues that we face, boys are encouraged to develop a ‘spiritual character’ that will aid them as they grow and mature. It is this character, we believe, that will enable our boys to make appropriate choices for themselves and for others in the future.
