The GrĹľp Llandrillo Menai Professional Training and Development team based at The Management Centre are dedicated to providing the very best in customer/ student care and professional management support working in Partnership with Bangor University and The Management Centre. Highly experienced and qualified staff have come together with a common aim of raising the calibre of managers and leaders. The team have a wealth of experience of working in public, private and voluntary sectors. The delivery of all the programmes will have a wide range of teaching and learning methods such as a high degree of participation and involvement, group working, self-reflection, action learning, and outdoor team building activities. Delegates will receive work based support outside the course delivery in the form of one-to-one tutorials, video conferencing, emails and / or telephone support.
Course delivery is flexible to suit the needs of individuals and organisations, and can be in-house or at The Management Centre facility. The Management Centre is a premier, dedicated, conference and training centre with quality 4* Visit Wales rated accommodation. Overlooking the picturesque Menai Strait, the centre provides an all-encompassing training experience where delegates can fully immerse themselves into an ideal learning environment.

Accredited Training Courses Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) offers ACCA accredited courses at The Management Centre Benefits of ACCA Training The ACCA qualification is awarded by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, which is the global body for professional accountants. This effective study route allows delegates to pursue a rewarding career in accountancy, management and finance. The qualification is designed to teach candidates the accounting knowledge, skills and professional standards, and behaviours that will provide an opportunity to build a successful career across any sector. The opportunities after completing the ACCA qualification are numerous, with many candidates seeking and being successfully employed in a number of different fields such as: financial consultancy, taxation, business analysers and financial control. As a globally recognised qualification opportunities can be far reaching beyond the UK boundaries. Papers available extend from fundamental through to the professional levels. Programme Framework ACCA at The Management Centre is delivered via a blended learning programme, which is a flexible mix of 'attended' sessions and a 'virtual learning' environment. • 1 day face to face induction and tutorials • Up to 10 webinars for those that can’t make the sessions • Revision sessions - 2 days face to face • Out of class support via phone, email or face to face What papers are available? All of the Fundamental Level papers (F1 – F9) and Professional Level papers (P1 – P7) are available subject to student level and demand delivered over a 24 month cycle. Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership Leadership & Management Programmes delivered at The Management Centre, accredited by CMI (Chartered Management Institute), are offered via a modular approach. This means you can join at any point in the journey and complete learning at your own pace. Each module is a self-contained learning experience in its own right. Our programmes are highly practical and based on practical assignments that add value to the bottom line resulting in a recognised qualification. The Leadership and Management Development Programmes are designed to support, develop, and inform leaders and managers at every stage of their careers. The aim of the programmes are to help individuals and organisations to fulfil their potential and achieve business success. These courses are delivered at The Management Centre or on a corporate basis at the client site. Who is it for? Leadership and Management Programmes are for First Line and future Managers, Middle and Senior Managers, and Senior Executives. Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) Professional Qualification Who is it for? Students can quickly build upon existing experience and qualifications to achieve a CIPS qualification. This honours degree level, professional qualification is increasingly promoted within the public and private sector and is specified by employers as a desirable criteria within job specifications. Purchasing and supply professionals, especially those who are well qualified and well trained, are regarded as a valuable asset to any organisation. Benefits for the Individual: The Level 2 introductory certificate provides a good grounding knowledge for those who may not work in a purchasing role, but have some responsibilities in this area. Level 3 is the ideal entry point for those new to the profession as no prior qualification or experience in a purchasing environment is required. Business to Business (B2B) Grŵp Llandrillo Menai (GLLM) is working in Partnership with Bangor University and is based at The Management Centre. GLLM is able to deliver any of the programmes and qualifications offered ‘in-house’, for clients with a sufficient number of employees. Programmes can also take advantage of The Management Centre’s four star residential facilities. Programmes and/or modules can be tailored to meet the needs and objectives of your organisation.
