From source to store to school.

We’ve been a member of Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange) the leading worldwide ethical trade service provider, for many years to help improve working conditions in global supply chains. As a result, we work exclusively with suppliers and agents who share our vision for sustainability, forming long-term partnerships that support the necessary investments on their part.

More than 50% of our products are now manufactured from sustainable fabrics. This is a huge step towards achieving our goal of ‘head to toe in eco.

Supply Chain

We ensure the overseas supplier factories producing our brochure stock are all Sedex members and audited to ensure compliance with Sedex 4 Pillar / SMETA Audits, which includes extended business ethics and environmental measures.

Environment

We’re focused on reducing our environmental footprint and maintaining our carbon-neutral status. We’re also working with our supplier factories to reduce water consumption, waste and conserve energy.

Product

We design and source the best products sustainably and have launched a full range of innovative eco products made from recycled polyester and biodegradable viscose.

Community

We’re giving back to local community projects and charities with fundraising and our Gift of Time volunteering programme for employees.

Customer

We actively engage with our customers to get their views on eco issues, as well as record and act on their feedback to shape our future strategy and green initiatives. We’re also supporting their sustainability journey and delivering a faultless service.

Embroidery

We offer embroidery artwork design, embroidered samples and visual design boards showcasing products with embroidery for schools wanting to change uniform and sportswear.

Trim, Cording & Braiding

Adding trim to garments offers that individual touch for schools wanting to stand out. Options we offer include bound, taped, corded edges and inserted braid trim in a huge array of colours.

Stripes

Adding stripe trim in one or two stripe options to the neck, cuffs, welt and stolling of all our knitwear provides added personalisation for schools which can either complement or contrast with blazer and jacket trims.

Lining

Knitwear

Whether you’re looking for a traditional v-neck jumper or a versatile slipover, our range of knitwear styles will have what you need.

With raglan sleeves and ribbed cuffs and hem welts, our knitwear styles combine comfort with durability and give the wearer shape and extra support.

For schools looking to make their uniform stand out from the crowd, there’s the option to add either one or two coloured trim stripes to our knitwear pieces. This added personalisation is a perfect way to add contrast or complement blazer and jacket trims.

Our knitwear is both soft to handle and hard wearing. You can choose from a range of knitwear in any of the featured stock colours and add a striping trim option of your choice in a variety of colours at no extra cost as shown on pages 46-51.

One or two stripe options can be applied to the neck rib, welt, cuffs and stolling. The stripe yarns are available in the blazer braid colours to co-ordinate with all blazers to create a unique individual look.

Minimum order quantities are 100 Twin Packs per style, per colour (50 – 99 twin packs can be produced at a small surcharge). Other styles/ fabrics can be produced and would be priced accordingly. Minimums will apply. We can also use customers’ own labels, pack individually and use unbranded bags if required.

Boxed Quantities

To ensure your garments arrive in perfect condition we recommend ordering in multiples of 6 Twin Packs per size.

Our knitwear is both soft to handle and hard wearing. You can choose from a range of knitwear styles in any of the featured stock colours and add a striping trim option in a variety of colours as shown. Ordering Around The Clock Ethics

- Online plain stock orders received prior to 4pm on any normal working day, will be scheduled for despatch the same day (subject to stock availaibility).

Forward Orders

Stock lines: Orders not taken within two weeks of the originally agreed dispatch date will be cancelled.

Tolerances:

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process we may receive more or less garments than the original order stated. If the quantities are within 10% of the original order quantity we will dispatch and invoice the receipted quantity.

Export Orders

A surcharge of 10% on freight costs will be applied if customers do not have their own account with any freight forwarder. Stock orders are not guaranteed for next day dispatch.

VAT Sizes

Throughout this catalogue all “Junior” sizes means clothing designed for children under the age of 14 years are zero rated.

Actual garment measurements are in inches unless otherwise specified, and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances. Colour blocks are for guidance only.

All items subject to availability. VAT will be added where required by law.

This price band is designed to provide any customer with exceptional value if they purchase full case quantities (same size, same colour of stock supported products) with a minimum invoice value of £6000 before VAT.

The offer is not available for hanging garments and cannot be combined with any other promotion. No back orders permitted.

Delivery will be within two days from date of dispatch. All deliveries are kerbside drops.

Returns

We like to keep things as simple as possible for our customers. We have tried to keep our Returns Policy hassle free and request that, before sending goods back to us, you:

Returns - Key points to note:

• Garments to be returned must be notified to Banner and returned, no later than 3 months from the date of invoice, with an authorised returns number.

• Discontinued stock items, Bespoke or embroidered items cannot be returned or credited, unless faulty.

• In the event that a customer has ordered garments in error, subject to prior approval, these may be sent back within 3 months of purchase, provided that they are in a saleable condition and, where applicable, in original packaging.

Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, minimum charge of £25.00 applies. Unauthorised returns will be returned to the customer. Please note that no re-stocking approvals will be made between the months of July and September.

• All returns MUST have a note accompanying them stating the original sales order or invoice number.

• All returns will be credited at the invoiced price, minus any re-stocking fee.

• Returns will not be accepted back without

an authorised returns’ number on the outside of the package/s.

• Any samples purchased can be returned within 6 months of invoice date, provided they are in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
