If you wish to place an order for brochure stock supported garments below the minimum quantities listed overleaf, you can still do so at minimum 12 pieces per badge. The following embroidery charges will apply. (Please place your orders as far in advance as you can, the latest being 14 working days prior to your desired despatch date).

Key Information
• All orders invoiced between 01/05/2025 and 31/07/2025 will receive an extra month to pay over our normal terms (i.e. end of month following plus an extra month).
• We will endeavour to despatch stock on your requested despatch dates, there may be any number of shipping issues that may not make this possible.
• Cording, braiding and applique subject to additional charges.
• ALL of the dates quoted here are based on ALL embroidery badges being pre-approved at the time of the order being placed - non approved badges may affect actual delivery dates.
• Please specify if you require a specific delivery date.
• FREE digitising.
• Free carriage on orders over £200 per badge.
• All new badge set ups with Banner products will need to be accompanied by a letter of authority from the school to establish you are the authorised supplier of the Uniform. This is for the approved retailer’s protection to ensure continuity of supply of uniform for a school and for protection of the intellectual property rights of the badge owner.
