Facing Up A program for men who want to stop being abusive in their family relationships

When relationships go seriously wrong... Has your anger hurt the people you care about? Do you know the difference between anger and abuse? Are you ready to look at the possibility that your actions may be abusive? Are you ready to move beyond promises that you will never hurt your loved ones again?

Facing Up offers men the opportunity to: • Examine their abusive behaviour • Move from blaming life’s stressors to taking responsibility for their actions • Explore the role of power and control in relationships • Develop ways of responding to rather than reacting to situations • Challenge unhelpful stereotypes about what it means to be a man • Becoming the man you most want to be.
