On behalf of the Bramlet Family and each of our partners, we look forward to welcoming everyone to the first “From the Ground Up Sale.” Our group has grown up together in the cattle industry and each one of us holds their own piece of the puzzle to carry out success. The cattle industry is a business full of opportunities surrounded with challenges each day. It takes patience, persistence, and passion within the industry, all values that are role modeled by the partners in this sale. The relationship we have built since we were juniors and throughout the years has become a vital component to lead us where we are today. We invite you to be a part of that success! It’s been a family desire to have a production sale for a while now. We feel with the success of our genetics across the nation, it was time to put that dream into reality. For years, we have strived to produce cattle that have started from the ground up, believing in the product we have and continue to build upon. In the past 5 years, not only have we had the opportunity to raise very elite stock, but we have also been blessed to put those cattle in the most talented hands to take our program to the next level. To name a few highlights….. Champion % Female at the 2019 National Western, Reserve Overall Purebred 2021 Junior Nationals and multiple State Fair Champions. Starting this catalog with the “Beautiful” cow family, one of our most influential genetic lines, was an easy decision. For years we have built a solid foundation on this family which has allowed us to dig deep and offer Lot 1 as one of the most unique family members to date which has made her way to the backdrop countless times. Other cow families mentioned in the sale offering are key attributes to our herd and your success. If you are looking to improve your herd with genetics, you have chosen the right place to come. We are offering several years of proven genetics with the option of donors, bred heifers, cow/calf pairs, and open show prospects. It is our honor to host you in Beautiful Southern Illinois at Bramlet Simmentals. We are surrounded by thousands of acres of the Shawnee National Forest. We will be providing a fun filled day on Saturday and a meal prior to the sale. Come ready to enjoy the weekend with your family surrounded by Faith, Family, Fun, and Friends! You cause the grass to grow for the livestock and the plants for man to cultivate that he may bring forth food from the Earth. Psalm 104:14 (ESV)

G932 without a doubt, has been one of the most exciting females to campaign alongside our GREAT friends, the Gilberts. These past two years she has obtained tons of purple while making many friends along the way. She has been Champion Cow

Calf at Eastern Regionals, Jr. Nationals, Sweepstakes, Supreme Cow/Calf Champion at the Illinois State Fair to name a few. She has excelled from the standpoint of her structural integrity, foot shape and size, an impeccable udder quality, and her huge turn of rib. The ability to put all these qualities together in one package and continue to carry herself with elegance makes it hard to see this one leave the farm. Being that this is our first sale, we wanted to offer our absolute best without holding anything back, and an offering of this caliber is JUST THAT! This cow is the prime example of what “From the Ground Up” is and what it means to us. She sells open and ready to flush.

Oh what fun this mating has been over the past few years for us and the Schaeffer crew. A317 has absolutely knocked it out of the park season after season producing females that are built to take the world by storm. Starting with the ever so popular Lola female that was campaigned by Clint Main in 2018 and 2019. She racked up loads of purple. This past spring, we sold 3 more sisters averaging $40,000 per head. We believe this female is one you can build a program around and start your own legacy with the Beautiful name.

Yes, you read that correctly! She is a full sib to the ever so popular Serena that has made a huge impact on the Simmental Breed and commanded much respect from many through the years. She has padded many pockets along the way as well. The only reason we would ever think of letting this Donor female go is that she has been very generous to us with her ability to make bundles of embryos. We feel we wanted to offer some of the top end genetic females in our operation on our debut October 16th. Tie into a female that you can put right to work. C043 sells open and ready to flush.

There’s prolly nobody out there looking for a dark red baldie show heifer for next year... but if you are, you need to make the trip to Harrisburg to see this one in person! 413J offers endless potential and possibilities. Her unique build and design starts “from the ground up” being excellent footed, soft pasterned, and perfect legged. She is smooth jointed, pliable in motion, and will always have the advantage in terms of structural integrity. We love the rib shape and volume she offers while still being good necked with the look and overall balance it takes to compete. Break down her pedigree and check out this list of matriarchs...8543U, Proud Mary, Dew the Stroke, and Alley 247Y! If you want elite phenotype and predictable genetics for your next show heifer and donor....look no further.

This split faced Baldy female comes to you from the immortal Sazarac cow family and boy does she hit with a punch. J135 is a flat-out powerhouse female with huge rib, super soggy, and she can pound the ground with authority. This little mini cow has a very bright future ahead of her, No Doubt!

Super cool design on this red head. Just love her overall build and power at the ground and still carries herself so nice out of her front 1/3 with that added look. We feel this percentage female has a lot to offer in her future days to come. She is backed by a tremendous cow that maximizes her opportunity and gets the job done year after year. J125 is dual registered in the Red Angus Association. Her RAAA# is 4462075.

A pair of extreme designed females with added growth and look. These two have that extra smash and style to change the front 1/3 of their offspring and take them to the next level of quality. Sazarac descendants with top notch udder structure for the long haul.

A trio of maternal sisters that we certainly hate to see leave in the prime of their production. The Dianna cow family has been a staple for our operation from the beginning when HPRP Dianna T090 was selected as the Grand Champion Sim-Angus Female at NAILE, NWSS and Fort Worth. When her first set of milestone calves hit the ground, we knew right away A253 was going to be the next steppingstone to that cow family, and she carried through on her part. The A253 offspring have consistently been attractive and sleek in their design while carrying and extra shot of growth and power. Mated to Net Profit and Revenant, the $100,000 sale feature from Hartman’s 2021 bull sale we look for the offspring of these 3 females to be awfully exciting.

F910 is an exceptionally attractive female that ties a long neck high into the top side of her neck while and carrying and sound Skelton and wheel design clear to the ground. The Melody females have always been predictable and profitable when creating both purebred males and females.

Milestone daughters have been extremely good to us through the years. B18 has been one that no matter the mating she has always proceeded with high quality cattle with added appeal and structural integrity. As you can see with her daughter below, this cow can seal the deal. Bred AI to Bramlets Ace H009, ASA#3734373 on 3/15/21 Pasture Exposed to Mr CCF Clarified, ASA#3808067 from 4/1/21 to 6/1/21

Here’s a young bred cow that would be an asset to any program. D304 is a huge hipped, big boned individual that is as good at the ground as they come. We purchased her from our good friends over at Beshears Simmentals out of the North American sale and she has paid for herself and then some. Her first heifer calf sold for $3,000 at the Kentucky Beef Expo, her second heifer for $6,500 in our Starting Lineup Online Sale, and her Clarified bull this year will be one of the best we send out to J&C Simmentals for their sale. Her mating to the Schaeffer, Elder, and Thomas Ranch - Can’t Touch This, should be her best one yet!

If you’re in the market for a female to add that killer look this girl is the one. A014 has always added that “extra” to all of her progeny during the years we have had her. She is a maternal sib to the high selling open female at the HPF dispersal. She has gone on and accepted many banners and now her daughters are following that same characteristic the Sazarac cow family is known for. Bred AI to SCC SCH 24 Karat 838, ASA#3755729 on 3/15/21

When we decided to have the sale at our place, we wanted to make sure and offer a few extra special lots that we probably wouldn’t offer on a normal year. So…. We are offering a lifetime walking rights on our up-and-coming Promo Herdsire Bramlets ACE H009. Ace is a bull you appreciate for his overall structural integrity, added length, and growth. While putting all that into a very well-balanced package, his foot size and shape is second to none. We feel this young stud has an extreme amount of high quality to offer in addition to the extra look and length he provides to the cow herd without giving up performance and staying true to the fundamental structure in a real-world package. What a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor with a bull that has lots of potential to offer. Hetero Black and Homo polled. Semen interest owned with Circle M Farms of Rockwall, TX. Offering 50% Possession only. Breeding seasons to be agreed upon between Bramlet Simmentals and buyer.
