We would like to welcome you to the Fall 2019 Cline Cattle Company Bull Sale and “Thank
You” for taking the time to look through our bull offering. We have a tremendous selection of high quality bulls in each age group that are designed through lots of homework from traveling to look at bulls in stud to seeing progeny and visiting with breeders to see what bulls sort to the top for the traits we care about most. Those being fertility, feet, udders, disposition, body type, etc. We do place an emphasis on carcass traits also; however, we have learned that we need to breed for an animal that will reproduce first and foremost and then be able to function profitably in the herd for many years. At Cline Cattle Co we still believe in cow families and breeding by pedigree. It has worked for us the last 22 years and we are charging on to provide the highest quality bull we possibly can for you without sacrificing the traits that made the Angus breed famous. Lex & Lynelle Lance, Lynette, The Cline Cattle Co. Program is focused on helping our customers succeed in the long term. We look forward to working with you to determine what genetics would best suit your cow herd plans and goals. We are always pushing the envelope forward to produce the best beef animal possible that does a better job for you than its predecessor. This means achieving whatever improvement in the traits you desire plus plenty of extras. We have been utilizing the best bulls we can find in each breed AI and embryo transfer to produce the finest genetics possible raising the bar higher each year. Our program is quite different than several who promote the extreme dollar value indexes and that mate their cowherd on a computer. Cows are not computer programmable items! They are placed here to eat forages and grain and convert it to wholesome, tasty beef that the most discriminating city consumer will enjoy all from being efficient and profitable for us. All Angus bulls sell DNA Parent Verified and with genomically enhanced EPDs. It is extremely important to know you are getting the bull you are being sold on paper in real life. Without parent verification mistakes may happen. We have been doing this on all our Angus seedstock for several generations now. When you buy an Angus bull from Cline Cattle Co you can count on getting what it says on the pedigree for sure! r , Dorothy & Carte About the bulls selling: The 20 mo old bulls were developed slowly on a high roughage ration Austin, Shenan as calves and turned out on native pasture this summer. They are not fat, but athletic, sound structured, free moving bulls that can chase cows all day. The fall yearling bulls were weaned in early June after one of the worst Winters on record. They started lighter than normal due to the harsh weather conditions, however have grown rapidly since then. Many of these are top quality bulls that could be a positive addition to anyone’s herd backed by the best cow families in the nation for many generations. We are very astute when we add a certain female to our program. Only the very best with proven track records get to come to our operation as foundation females. Cline Cattle Co. is happy to provide customer service to our clients at whatever level we possibly can. We look forward to building long-term, positive relationships with you all. Let us know when you are getting ready to market your cattle, whether it be steers, or replacement females, and we will try to assist you with additional marketing to obtain the highest premium possible for our customers’ cattle. We feel our sale offering is very unique as we have many bulls that could compete at the top of any of the larger bull sales in the country. Buy with confidence that you are buying from a program that beef cattle improvement has been their goal since inception back in 1996. Repeat and new customers we thank you very much and value your business very deeply. We hope you can make it to see us in Manhattan on Nov 9th. Let us know if we can assist you in any way if you are needing a bull and cannot make it to the sale as we offer sight unseen guarantees. Sincerely, Austin, Shenan, Dorothy, & Carter Cline Lance, Lynette, Lex & Lynelle Cline

Barrett Super Duty is one of the most unique sires in the Angus breed from several standpoints. Muscle,
guts, thickness, moderate mature cow size, disposition and fleshing ability, backed by one of the greatest cows in the Angus breed Miss 4004. We purchased Super Duty with partners as the $20,000 top selling bull of the Fink 2015 Fall Bull Sale. • A cowman’s herdsire prospect here! 869 is a mirror image of his sire as a yearling. He’s backed by 7 generations of Fink power cows that built the Northern Miss cow family and took it to stardom. Super Duty and his brothers are making a huge impact in the Barrett and Fink programs today. This is a definite cow maker bull that has a ton of muscle and should prove to make the wide bodied, easy fleshing cows that will stay in your herd a long time. A balanced trait, no-holes type of bull.

• The cattlemen’s choice award type of bull by Sitz Wisdom. His dam is rapidly rising to the top of the herd in her first two calves last year raising a favorite heifer. Stacked maternal sires 6 generations deep on the dam’s side. 830 carries excellent carcass figures as well. A valuable tool for the cattleman that desires calving ease low maintenance cows with plenty of carcass traits that will stay in your herd a long time.

• Performance, Pounds, Muscle, feet and udder quality is what Super Duty sons are all about. 810 has 2 of the best Barrett cows ever created top and bottom of his pedigree in 4004 and 1603. This bull should sire a little more performance while keeping the huge ribeye areas. He will work in any progressive program.

• The first calf we had by SAV President, who in turn sired the 1.51 million dollar bull SAV America last spring. His dam has earned her keep in our herd over the last 12 years maintaining good feet and a beautiful udder and breeding back on time each year. This is the kind to keep us profitable in the future!
SAV President 6847 - reference sire
Identity is a bull we chose to add some size, performance and carcass traits into our herd. His progeny are long bodied, muscular cattle that grow rapidly with moderate birth weights and are good mothers. They are highly docile cattle as well. His full sisters at Koupals in SD are very impressive bigger framed cows! We are really impressed with our first daughters in production here.

• A calving ease oriented son of Identity that still maintains plenty of performance and maternal traits. His dam is a near ideal range cow. She is a double bred Forever Lady out of the Vixon cow family. 833 would be a bull that could be used on cows and heifers together under supervision. We are trying to breed several bulls that can work anywhere for anyone and we feel 833 is one of them. Also a good choice for needing to add some milk and carcass genetics in your herd.
