Expos are a great way to start the New Year because they truly showcase all of the variations a beef has to offer. The Illinois Beef Expo is a special event as it truly showcases all the great aspects of the cattle industry in the state. The Simmental breeders from Illinois a very supportive of this event, and of their state association. These consignors who are involved in the Mid-America Simmental Sale have hand selected the cream of the crop genetics from their operations to be on display in Springfield.
