Each year this event presents us with a great opportunity to show our appreciation for everyone who gives up their time in support of the NFF program. We are incredibly fortunate to have an outstanding team at the farm, anchored by two gentlemen who believe in our goals as strongly as anyone. Dennis Crouch and Abe Hauge are stalwart hands and none of what you see on the pages that follow would be possible without them. We also have a large number of family and friends who aren’t afraid to answer the call and pitch in when we need them most: during calving, on harvest crews, picture days, and to get stock dressed and through the showring. We want to thank each and every one of you for your help.
At NFF our top priority is the long term success of our genetics and those who invest in them. There is no denying the impact that PVF Ellen 405 has had on the program and will continue to have moving forward. The first three females in this year’s offering are direct daughter of the great PVF Ellen 405, sired by one of th leading members of the ST Genetics Angus line-up, Conley Express 7211. This trio of flushmates are maternal sisters to NFF T/R Ellen F181, another true standout in the donor pen at Nelson Family Farms.
