Important Information

Excerpts from the General Terms and Conditions

Tickets

• In principle, purchased tickets may not be returned or exchanged.

• Registered regular visitors may exchange tickets within the specified periods.

• There is no compensation for unused tickets.

Ordering and Reserving Tickets

• Reserved tickets will be held until the confirmed date, no later than three days before the concert. Any unpaid tickets will be released automatically.

• Pre-paid tickets that have not been delivered or collected may be picked up at the box office one hour before the start of the concert.

Program Changes – Interruption or Cancellation of Concerts

• A delayed beginning as well as changes in casting or program do not entitle customers to any refund or return unless the change is significant.

• The interruption of an event for reasons that are not within the responsibility of the Pierre Boulez Saal only constitutes a claim for refunding of the ticket price if the interruption occurs in the first half of the concert.

• We reserve the right to cancel any concert in case of force majeure.

Domestic Authority – Seating – Coat Check

• We aim to enable the greatest possible concentration and attention during concerts and reserve any appropriate measures to ensure this.

• Once a concert has started, you will be (re-)admitted only at a suitable time and may be placed in a seat other than the one purchased. If no late seating is possible, there will be no compensation.

• If necessary, anyone disturbing an event may be expelled from the hall.

• You may only sit in a seat for which you hold a valid ticket. This also applies if other seats remain vacant.

• Video or sound recordings and the use of cell phones are strictly prohibited.

• For security reasons, you are not allowed to take large pieces of luggage into the concert hall.
