Studies, Design and Tender Documents for Establishment of the New External Petra Departure and Arrival Bus Center - Jordan The project aims to establish a complex for external bus stops at the entrance to Petra city so it reduce the entry of large buses, public transport vehicles and private cars to the center of Wadi Musa city and to transport tourists coming to the Petra region from this complex and transport them by Shuttle Buses, in connection with the Petra Region’s tourism development plan


 Landscape, Architect and 3D Visualizer Studies, Design and Tender Documents for Establishment of the New External Petra Departure and Arrival Bus Center (PDABC) Petra - Jordan Project Name: Petra External Bus Terminal Project Location : Petra / Jordan Area: land area is 20,000 m² Built- Up area 2500 m² The site interspersed with a deep valley stream (10-15 m) dividing the plot in an eastwest direction, with a slope rate of 12.5%, which is approximately 30 m difference between (highest level) (lowest level).


Project Components: • Parking lanes for external tourist transport buses, internal tourist and Shuttle Bus • Green area in different areas of the project with an area of ​2000 m2 • Service Building area ​:1230 m², including souvenirs shops and a cafeteria/ Tourist services offices/tour agents/ Administration offices for the complex/ inner courtyard and outdoor seating • Main Building area : ​1260 m², two floors, connected by an open ramp for disabilities, starting from the beginning of the building and ending on the second floor, First floor: offices/ First Aid Unit/ Waiting room/, Second Floor: Restaurant/Health care facilities/kitchen/ • Prefabricated Security Room (infrastructure services): • A water tank • Gray water treatment tank • A rain water tank o The project includes a Precast Culvert Box to transport rainwater towards the valley.

Studying restoration of heritage value buildings and alternatives to reuse them Providing urban spaces, including traditional markets and plazas, in keeping with the existing urban fabric Transport and traffic of studies, recommendations and solutions to facilitate movement and link all the different elements The project includes four main components: • Urban Studies o Traffic studies • Infrastructure studies o Studies of restoration of heritage buildings o Environmental studies • Socio-economic studies

Al Qasaba Bus Complex was designed several times to satisfy the client business need. At first the project was only two floors building and one floor underground parking, then it was developed into a multi-stories complex (7 floors), to establish a hub for business activity, gathering and services with an open recreational green spaces.

The complex design now include: - Three floors underground parking - Public Bus station and it services (offices, toilets, ticketing….) - Offices and services - Food court and shops - Roof garden with a multipurpose hall


ICCU  Urban designer – Architect - Project Coordinator and 3D Visualizer Project Name: Hakama Square (local Outlet market ) Project Location: Irbid / Jordan Area : 4000 m² Hakama Square was proposed to be a shuttle bus drop-off station and a local outlet market. Creating 6 large hangars, with an area of 115 m² per each hanger of light steel structures that are easy to disassemble and install, and each hanger contain number of outlets that have windows displaying marketed merchandise




ICCU  Urban designer – Architect - Project Coordinator and 3D Visualizer Project Name: Tal Park Project Location: Irbid / Jordan Area : 40,000 m² Built – up area 600 m² A public Park and a utility building This park will also contain a restaurant, service kiosks, other facilities and green areas. This will be a pedestrian zone with a black basalt lane designated for emergency traffic and services. The site of the old Roman pond will be highlighted by creating an outdoor amphitheater on its site that will host various events, whether cultural, tourism, educational and others. The area of ​Al-Tal will be a recreational, educational and tourist area, where the two schools, Wasfi Al-Tal and Irbid Secondary School, which are considered to be the oldest historical and heritage schools in Irbid, will be maintained.

Is a main axis and a major element in the center of Irbid city, where the alternative of traffic department was approved to propose an under ground tunnel with a street Plaza at the top of the tunnel, including a paved plaza designed for pedestrians and emergency lane only with black basalt stone, so that this urban space contains seats, outdoor seating, shades, kiosk (with light structures) and distributed green areas. The area of the plaza is 8896 m²

ICCU  Urban designer – Architect - Project Coordinator and 3D Visualizer Project Name: Al Hesbeh (local vegetable market ) Project Location: Irbid / Jordan It was proposed to demolish the current Hesbeh and re-establish a developed vegetable market that closely resembles shopping centers. Modern (Malls) and commensurate with the proposed use, as they were developed based on the requirements of The business owner has to redistribute the existing temporary kiosks in a closed place in order to control the operations of Cleaning and sterilization. It has also been developed as a local market that promotes and encourages the development of modern uses as a market for Meat, fish and groceries.

Two-level underground parking Ground floor (at the lower street level) to be used as market for meat and fish Ground floor (at the upper street level) and is directly connected to the open bazaar which is the main entrance for the market of vegetables and fruits. First floor to be used as a grocery market Roof to be used as an green urban space, in addition to an upper glass skylight that illuminates the electrical staircases located on the lower floors.





ICCU  Urban designer – Architect - Project Coordinator and 3D Visualizer Project Name: Great Irbid Mosque Square Project Location: Irbid / Jordan It was suggested to expropriate the block next to the Great Mosque of Irbid, demolishing the buildings with bad condition and transforming it into a paved plaza serving the mosque and the surrounding area for religious and other occasions.

The station consists of : • Underground parking • Ground floor bus lanes • Ticketing ,administration offices and services • Entertainment bridge on top with public recreation area where one can enjoy the view and relax. • Interpretation wall which explains the region history on the remains of the Roman Pool

Wasfi al-Tal roundabout was preserved in the memory of place, after the traffic study recommended removing the roundabout and transforming the main streets in the city center into a ring axis, the symbolism of the roundabout.

The roundabout area was designed in circular basalt tiles, integrating the space available as an urban space in front of the shops in the commercial area, it contains benches and tables serving the shops, to emphasize the symbolism of the roundabout and the memory of place it was shaded by tensile structure in circular shape.

ICCU  Landscape, Architect and 3D Visualizer For the Studies, designs and tender documents for Implementation for the Establishment of Ma'an Dry Port - Jordan Project Name: Ma'an Dry Port Project Location: Ma'an / Jordan Area: 4.5 square kilometer For visualizing the whole port, first I had to get involved with the operation procedure to render the master plan and logistic report to understand all the equipment needed to add them to the model in realistic manner. After that I worked on the detailed design of the landscape elements (fence, gates..) watching towers, booths and services building

Feasibility Study for the Improvement of the Infrastructure, Operations and the Handling of Perishables at the Air Cargo Terminal of Queen Alia International Airport in Amman Project Architect and Coordinator The ultimate aim of this project is to improve the infrastructure, operations and handling of perishables at the air cargo terminal at Queen Alia International Airport (QIAIA) in Amman. The scope is defined as all the handling taking place between the entrance of the airport until the moment the cargo destined for export is loaded onto the airplane.
