Each year, the BCPA: •

Works closely with the Head of Barker College and other staff members of the School

Works closely with Year parents and Class parents

Oversees tuckshop volunteers and organises the tuckshop volunteer rosters

Oversees the Second-hand Uniform program

Fundraises for the School by organising activities such as the Christmas Fair, Spring Fair, and Trivia Nights

Holds charity events such as the Anglicare goods drive

Organises social events for the parent and guardian body such as (but not limited to): - Welcome morning teas for Junior, Middle and Senior Schools - Christmas Lunch - All School Welcome event - Inside the Mint Gates - In 2022, we will also hold the Spring Fair on Saturday 17 September

Name Badges To recognise members of the Barker community, all parents and guardians are requested to wear their name badge issued by the School whilst on the campus. This includes attending Saturday sport, meetings with staff and parent/teacher evenings. If you lose your name badge, please complete the form to order a replacement.

The Council of Barker College The Council has overall responsibility for determining School Policy and for the financial management of the School's resources. The Council reports annually to the Sydney Anglican Diocesan Synod.
