Claudio Romano

Managing Director — CRC Group’s Managing Director, Claudio Romano, is also Co-Founder and Executive Director of Romano Property Group, leading a highly motivated team of construction professionals. Claudio’s hands-on management style, motivation, support of project teams and long-term strategic perspective ensure the timely achievement of project objectives.
Nalini Fernando Group Financial Controller — Nalini Fernando has been employed at CRC Group since 2001. Holding a Bachelor of Business Accounting (Monash University) and being a certified practising accountant. Nalini has overseen all aspects of property development transactions for 40 major projects from inception to completion.
Kon Triskelidis Construction Director — Kon Triskelidis has been with the CRC Group since 2008 and brings with him a further 8 years previous employment experience with Brookfield Multiplex. His focus is on project delivery that is achieved and underpinned by a collaborative approach with subcontractors and methodically sequential building techniques.
