Modeled after the great New Orleans craft cocktail bars, Olive or Twist is one part cozy and one part exciting, coming together to create a place where people just love to hang out. Our clientele have discovered that Olive or Twist can be as intimate as you make it, becoming a perfect spot for a first date. But the bar also makes a great spot for everything from your group of friends on a Friday night to a lively corporate event. We are all about creating an environment where strangers can quickly turn into friends. Some of our guests’ favorite drinks are the happy hour staples, such as the Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Moscow Mule and French 75. However, the most popular drink ordered is the “make me something” menu feature that we call Cocktail Roulette. Patrons love challenging the bar staff to concoct a cocktail using a simple description of a single featured ingredient—but the fun can range all the way to a more vivid description of a favorite dessert or maybe a drink they loved from somewhere else.
