GCSE PHOTOGRAPHY
BAYLIS COURT SCHOOL
2014
FOREWORD The work shown here is a guide to the 2014 GCSE Photography class of Baylis Court School. The participants in this catalogue show an interest into a diverse range of subject matter and photographic techniques. They have worked incredibly hard over the two year course to produce these outcomes and are a credit to the school and the Art Department. Exploring questions relating to the way we ‘see’ the world, whether it is through urban life, portraits, landscape, fashion or documentary styles of photography we encourage each young photographer to investigate their area of interest in a personal manner. Our mission being to encourage each pupil to bring an individual voice to the class and the subject. I would like to think that within each new generation of photographers we see a glimpse into the future for photography and image making. I am proud to present this selection of work by the students and hope you enjoy looking. Mr Rhead Teacher of Photography
