Knock-Down Fasteners
MOD-EEZ FASTENERS PROVIDE STRONG, FAST ASSEMBLY WITHOUT TOOLS
The Mod-eez®system uses a spring steel declining ramp "clip" and a large collared "shoulder screw" as the two mating members. Spring steel clips make the joints strong yet flexible. Sliding the shoulder screw head down the clip assembles the system. Dimensional changes in the joined material will not rupture or loosen joints. The fasteners holding the joint are totally concealed. Available in bags of 100 or in kits. Use our #8 x 1-1/4" round washer head screw (931-261) for clips mounted to the edge of sheet stock. For shallow installations, use #8 x 5/8" or #8 x 3/4" truss head screws (946-133 or 946-140).

Zinc alloy cam fits into a 15mm dia. x 12.5mm deep hole and accommodates all three dowels. Center of side hole for dowels should be 8mm from the top surface. Use with material 5/8" or thicker. C dimension (distance to the center of the cam) is the same as the dowel length. Thread length is 12mm and is in addition to dowel length.

Apply even, controlled pressure to join countertops, knockdown furniture and more. Designed for use in 3/4” material. Center to center distance adjusts from 2-1/2”-3-1/2”. Fits into a 7/8” diameter x 5/8” deep bore and requires a 7/16” diameter bore for the cross member. Drilling template, boring bit and tightening rod available.
