Choosing organic fresh foods can help you feel better and preserve the environment. Organic foods contain high levels of vitamin C, cancer­fighting antioxidants, calcium and lots of other important vitamins and minerals to keep us healthy.

The people who make organic foods put this sticker on the packages because some people make fake organic foods and they put the word organic somewhere on the box. When you are at the supermarket and you want to get organic foods you should check if the food you want to buy has that sticker on it.Some fake organic foods have a black USDA sticker. When you are looking for that sticker look for a green USDA sticker.

What is Organic Farming? Organic farming is a type of farming that uses no chemicals. Organic farming uses no pesticides, fertilizers or hormones. On the box organic foods there must be a USDA sticker on it to be a real organic food. In the 1990’s organic farming became one of the fastest growing industries in U.S agriculture. Organic farmers are known to treat their animals well by letting them roam free, and not giving them any antibiotics.

In conclusion, organic farming is a type of farming that uses no chemicals, so the next time you go to the supermarket you should try getting some organic foods. Organic foods are healthier for you than non­organic foods.
