ATC Chopper Challenge is clear for take-off o Six people signed up /Sign-up sheet is at the office and there are nineteen spots o This is an individual timed challenge o Looking for volunteers to help run the event. Online Testing – still working on this issue Recreation equipment o Met with Peter Odynsky from Rec Services today to survey equipment and he was shocked o He will be getting the pool table re-covered and six new pool cues with two out, two in stores and two for future use. o New Soccer ball, tennis rackets and balls, volleyball, pin pong balls and paddles will be coming. o Foosball table was grandfathered in and too expensive to maintain.  It suggested that we get a donated table or a pay to play table. o There have been issues with people not returning equipment especially the volleyball and net. If it is not taken down this Friday then it will not be in use for some time. o REC Service may also be able to sponsor team league sports teams from ATC. Ice cream novelties have been requested from Chartwells but no response yet. Graduation: Planning on requiring BCIT to provide all services available at Burnaby to ATC if they want us to be like them. We will discuss at future meeting. PAMEA requests volunteers for upcoming symposium There is an instructor willing to coach a student team for the SAE competitions held next May. First Executive Meeting is June 26th and we will report the results back at the next meeting.
