Keith has been made aware that it is not effective to complain at the highest levels and recommends reporting issues to him and he can then report them to the Program Head or Dean.

Students are advised that Keith has a Mark Works Warehouse discount card for all new students and other discounts can be found on the bcit website.

There is a missing player and the table is tilted Keith will contact Rec Services to resolve and advises students to let him know when there are issues on campus.  

Book list includes books that are never used ACTION: Keith to ask Program Heads to ensure book list is up to date
