EXHIBITING INFORMATION FOR CLUBS Third Party Exhibiting on BCITSA sites. The following charges are applicable to all third parties conducting business in The Great Hall that are promoting/selling their products and services. An area with dimensions of 8’ x 8’ will be provided for the exhibitor and are permitted to be set up anytime between 8:00am and 4:00pm. As a finder’s fee, every club receives 50% of the total once the transaction is complete. Exhibitor Type: Commercial exhibitors Cost: $500 per day + HST
Commercial Exhibitor (for example: Telus, Warner Brother, CGA, Fido ) A Commercial Exhibitor is an organization in a specific industry, which accesses the BCIT Campus to showcase/promote and demonstrate its latest products, service, study activities; to examine recent market trends and opportunities; to recruit potential members; to sell its products or to realize other business goals.
Exhibitor Type: Individual for Profit Organizations Cost: $150 per day + HST
Individual for Profit Organizations (for example: artists, mom and pop business, selfemployed businesses or other small business operators) who access the BCIT Campus to promote and sell products for financial gain.
Exhibitor Type: Not-for-profit Exhibitor Cost: $50 per day + HST
The BCITSA offers a generous discount on space rentals in the Great Hall for registered not-for-profit organizations and charities. Cost: $50 per day + HST Additionally, we have affiliated contracts for certain not-for-profit organizations but this is on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request with full details and the appropriate contract will be designated for your third party. Third party contracts are necessary to insure that third parties vend correctly while onsite and are accountable to the rules and regulations of the BCITSA and BCIT. It is the BCITSA’s goal that all events are a success and proceed in a professional manner, especially when third parties are involved. This success will also be reflected in the value of the revenue the club will receive by inviting third parties.
