Preventive Controls for Human Food called PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) training is highly valued in work environments associated with food or food production. The PCQI certification indicates your recognition as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual to conduct or oversee certain activities specified in Preventive Controls for Human Food rule (21 CFR 117).
