She got up and moved to another seat and I just let it go. A few weeks later, I was back on the bus and overheard her tell someone she needed a bed for her new place, so I offered her one. That’s just how I am.” Hunter’s unbreakable spirit and zest for life have always impressed her younger friend Jeri Leonard of Winterport.

This soon-to-be centenarian is living each day to the fullest and finding ways to challenge her mind and her abilities while spending as much time as she can in the company of others.
