A mixed-use development in downtown Toronto, which consists of seven individual towers, all of which are linked by a central retail spine on the first three levels. The towers, up to 46 storeys, form a high density residential and office schematic. BDP was commissioned for the retail masterplan component and the overall masterplan reset. The masterplan creates a robust retail mix, dynamic amenities, premium office space, entertainment and cultural events.

Client BOXPARK

Built on an inactive site earmarked for future development, BOXPARK is a meanwhile use scheme that turned a vacant plot into a dynamic and welcoming pop-up food and entertainment venue for a diversity of users, crossing generations and communities.

Constructed of up-cycled shipping containers, it includes 96 low-cost flexible units arranged around a covered courtyard space. The modern-day piazza has become the town’s focal point for people to come together and enjoy a wild and ever-changing variety of food, drink and free events programme.
