Covid 19 health guidelines for open for inspections by Carlene Franzen of South Coast Property Specialists The health fundamentals during COVID-19 are hand hygiene, physical distancing and record keeping. During an open for inspec;on an agent needs to ensure there is physical distancing of at least 1.5m between each person and allow at least four square metres of space for each person. The agent needs to promote good hygiene and provide alcohol-based hand sani;ser at all entry and exit points to the property being inspected. We request a<endees to not touch surfaces and provide sani;zing wipes upon entry to the property. If high-touch surfaces such as door handles are touched we wipe them a>er the inspec;on. The agent must keep records of contact details for all people a<ending the open home so that the person can be easily traced in case an a<endee contracts the virus. People with symptoms of illness such as mild cold and ďŹ&#x201A;u like symptoms are requested not to enter the property.
