Dear Potential Candidate, Given all the changes happening within AIESEC right now, AIESEC in the Philippines needs leaders in our LCs to demonstrate how they embrace change and apply new ideas to achieving growth and the sustainability of our operations and quality. This year at ELCD’s Recognition Dinner, we will sponsor innovative idea proposals showcasing: •
Innovative leadership in either exchange growth or the delivery of high quality experiences (in all programmes).

Promising idea designed to dramatically increase an LC’s exchange growth or delivery of high quality standards and satisfaction to be implemented before NatCon 2014.
Types of Innovation Recognition for ELDC 2014: 1. Driving Impact with Innovation Granted to the idea proposal with the most exemplary innovation idea for exchange growth (can apply to any exchange programme). 2. Ensuring Outstanding Quality with Innovation Granted to the idea proposal with the most exemplary innovation idea for high quality delivery of standards and satisfaction (can apply to any ELD programme.) Prize •
Recognition at ELDC’s Recognition Dinner on October 25, 2014

Candidate, LC, and idea will be showcased on AIESEC Philippines channels
•
Cash prize of at least Php2,500 sponsored to each project to fund initial costs
•
Finalized report on implemented outcome and results at NatCon 2014
Each proposal’s implementation timeline should be executed by NatCon 2014. The deadline for sending in your application is on October 20th, 2014 11:59. Send your finalized application to hanne.oa@aiesec.net

This idea should be funny implemented by December 31, 2014. (Max. 200 Words) 4. Provide a budget proposal for how you intend to utilize the Php2,500 to implement your idea. Please provide a description of the idea you are proposing for increasing the quality of the standards and satisfaction you offer (for any ELD programme iGCDP, oGCDP, iGIP, oGIP, or TXP).
