City of Beaumont Summer Camps
The City of Beaumont is offering FULL DAY camps, as well as HALF DAY Preschool camps!
Ther e’s something to do EVERY DAY this summer, so SIGN UP now and kick your boredom to the curb!
CAMP NOTES
• For your child’s best experience, they must be fully toilet trained. Parents will be contacted by phone to attend to any changing needs.
• Parents/ guardians are required to sign children in and out each day.
• Due to the increasing severity of nut allergies, we request that lunches and snacks do not include peanut butter or nuts of any kind.
• All classes begin and end at the times listed; our doors will open at the start time of each camp, and we will ensure programs end at the proper time as well. A parent will be contacted if they are later than 15 minutes after the program end time.
• Art and craft sessions may get messy, please ensure your child is dressed in craft friendly clothing.
• Please send y our child to camp with: sunscreen, bug spray, a hat and a water bottle.
• Clearly label y ou child’s belongings.
• All electronic games and devices should be left at home.
• If y our child has an allergy please ensure their epi pen is sent to camp with them; all of our staff is trained in first aid.
• If your child is asthmatic, please ensure their inhaler is sent to camp with them.
• Summer Programs Staff cannot administer medication; please ensure child is capable of administering their own medication if needed.
• An y additional information will be supplied by Summer Programs Staff.

Before and After Camp Club: We are pleased to offer an extended day program for full day camps. Your child will be able to participate in relaxed activities and games supervised by the same well trained, fun and engaging camp instructors that lead our camps all day. Please consider packing an extra snack as well. Drop off time begins at 8:30am, and pick up time ends by 4:00pm.
ARTRAGEOUS –
Make some room on the walls and shelves parents because your kids are creating!! Imagine, create, inspire! Indulge your inner artist and let your imagination run wild this week through music, art, dance, and drama. The fun is endless and you are sure to get a little messy!

CAMPING ADVENTURES –
We need lots of voices this week for singing all our camp songs because we’re goin’ campin’! Do you like s’mores? We sure do! We’re having a BBQ party as well as a picnic! We’re taking campers on a journey of wonder and exploration filled with a combination of fresh air, lumberjacks and making mini mountains! Pack your sunscreen and get ready for a week of outdoor filled activities!

MESSY MADNESS –
Get ready to be the messiest you’ve ever been! Have you ever had a colour war? Or a shaving cream battle?! Get ready for all sorts of slimy, yucky, and messy activities planned for this week. Water will be a major part of every day this week. Be sure to bring a bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes! OH MY OLYMPICS! –
Obstacle courses, eating challenges, trivia, skill testing games, and wacky challenges...it’s all FUN! Campers will create team flags, make their own medals and have an Opening Ceremony celebration. At the end of the week everyone comes together to celebrate! Get ready to bring your Olympic spirit!

It's time to get retro! Be prepared to take a step back in time with us as we explore the games, music, fashion and crafts from different time periods. Campers will experience the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s as they travel through the decades! Era-appropriate costumes are encouraged to represent the best of each decade. Time to throw it WAY back!

3…2…1…BLASTOFF! Ever wondered how an astronaut eats in space? Campers will have a blast learning about the universe and participating in activities such as rocket building as we reach for the stars. Active Explores camp is a partnership camp run by Sportball. Each day Sportballers will go on a different adventure like Safari, Under the See, To the Moon, and maybe even Superhero day! At the end of the week campers will create a cool memento such as a Discovery Certificate or a book with pictures from the week.
This pr ogram runs Monday to Friday. Before and after care is available. Feel free to drop your children off at 7:30am (Before care only available for AM Camp) and pick them up at 5:30pm (After care only available for PM Camp).
The camp runs from 8:30-12:00pm for the AM Camp and 1:00-4:30pm for the PM Camp. SPORTBALL – EPIC CAMP! (6-12 YEARS OLD) This full-day camp is specifically for 6 – 12yr old Sportballers, and it’s going to be sweet! Sportballers will learn nine different sports throughout the week. Your Sportballer will be talking about Epic Time (hosted daily) ranging from sweet science experiments, amazing art challenges, dodgeball tournaments, Lego building, Nerf Gun challenges, and much more. This camp is so fun that kids won’t even realize that they’re also improving their sports skills! This program runs Monday to Friday. Before and after care is available.
