Redcord
Redcord is a unique and effective concept for functional training. Carefully designed training using body weight and slings is at the core of the concept. Group Exercise Program At Ballenisles we offer a very extensive Group Exercise Program that caters to all levels of fitness. Group Exercise (Group X) consists of members coming together in a class format led by experienced, certified instructors putting exercise and music together in a structured and safe environment. Whether new to fitness or a seasoned veteran modifications are given for all fitness levels allowing beginners and advanced students to participate in the same class and still receive a well balanced workout. Group X is motivating and a great way to get active with friends!

Involves a combination of isotonic, isometrics, and prolonged stretching to achieve greater flexibility, improve posture, and increase range of motion in the joints.
Group Exercise Program M.E.L.T.
Bring your body back to a more ideal state by directly enhancing body awareness, rehydrating connective tissue, and decreasing stuck stress that accumulates from daily living. Using foam rollers and balls you will be guided through various movements to help individuals restore whole-body efficiency.

Low intensity cardio workout followed by toning exercises for the entire body.

Enjoy an athletic and authentic cycling ride with motivational music and great drills, we bring your outdoor cycling experience indoors. Yoga Yoga-Stretch – A slower paced yoga appropriate for those with pre-existing injuries/surgeries. Asanas (postures) are held for longer periods to fine-tune muscular and skeletal alignment and awaken and increase awareness to mind and body. For all fitness levels. Hatha Yoga – Traditional hatha yoga is a holistic yogic path, including disciplines, postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), gestures (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. The hatha yoga predominantly practiced in the West consists of mostly asanas understood as physical exercises. It is also recognized as a stress-reducing practice. For all fitness levels. Organic Vinyasa Flow – Vinyasa Yoga is an evolving form of traditional Hatha Yoga with focus on integrating breath and movement, awareness and alignment strength and flexibility and your practice with daily life. A strong workout for those already familiar with yoga practice.
Tai Chi-Qi Gong
• The Tai Chi Essentials class, designed to help you relax, energize and balance; the class provides education and experience in Meditation, Qi Gong and Tai Chi.

All members and guests must present their member/guest card to access the fitness center. All equipment must be wiped down after use. Proper footwear must be worn: golf spikes, tennis shoes with har- tru on the soles, MBT sandals and open-toed shoes are not permitted at any time. Appropriate fitness attire must be worn. Strong perfume/cologne is discouraged. Cell phone use is prohibited. Calls may be taken on the outside deck. Children under the age of 13 years are not permitted in the fitness center. Please report any equipment malfunction to our fitness desk staff. During peak times limit you workout to 30 minutes on cardio equipment. If all equipment is in use our fitness desk staff will monitor and assign to waiting members on a first sign-up basis.
