BON APPÉTIT AT WILLIAMS SONOMA Welcome to Bon Appetit catering services at Williams Sonoma. These menus have been designed to assist you in your event planning. Every function is unique and we can always create a customized menu for your event, large or small. Please feel free to inquire about items you do not see on this menu. To provide you with the highest level of service while minimizing cost, we have established the following guidelines:
Ordering • All orders are placed by contacting the Bay Cafe manager, Shayna, via email at shayna.lee@cafebonappetit.com or via phone at 530.219.3343. You are also always welcome to stop by the cafe and ask about catering in person. A department code and billing code will be required at the time of order placement. Payment is required 30 days from the invoice date for the department charge. • Catering orders with credit card payment will be charged in full at the completion of the event. • A 48-hour minimum notice is requested for all catering events, and one week notice requested for events outside of normal café hours (7:30am-2:00pm Monday through Friday). If this is not possible, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. • Next day orders must be submitted by 12:00pm. We will always do our best to accommodate orders received after this time but there may be an additional time or limited services available.
Set up and timing for events • A 30-minute setup time is preferred prior to event. Please reserve your meeting space accordingly. • Please include tables for food setup in your facilities room set up request. We do not expect to have to set up tables, so it may put us slightly behind schedule if they are not ready when we begin set up.
Pricing and Additional Charges • Prices include disposable place settings. Please specify if you would like china; subject to additional charges based on size and timing of your event. • All catering orders are subject to local San Francisco sales tax. • Prices and menu items are subject to change due to seasonal availability. • Depending on the size and timing of your event, particularly for those outside of regular cafe hours, your event may be subject to additional labor charges for kitchen or front of house staff. Labor will be charged per person at $20 per hour for a minimum of five hours each. • All upgraded linens, table skirting, floral, formal dinnerware, and other special requests will be priced according to event specification. 1
