We specialize in creating made-from-scratch menus featuring our regional, seasonal, artisanproduced products. This guide was created for you to simplify the catering order process and to ensure that we are offering everything you need to create the perfect meeting or event. Our goal is to work with you to develop menus and offer an experience perfectly tailored to your needs. While perusing the seasonal menus, you are encouraged to select from any of our exceptional menu items to create your own custom menu. BUSINESS HOURS Regular business hours are 7:00AM – 3:00PM Monday - Friday Events taking place before or after regular business hours are subject to a service fee.
BELLS & WHISTLES EVENT STAFF A smiling server or bartender adds an elevated level of service to your event. Event and/or culinary staff service will be charged $25 per hour per team member with a 5 hour minimum.
EQUIPMENT RENTALS
A perfectly styled event sometimes requires additional equipment rentals. Please give us at least 48-hours advance notice to meet our vendor ordering and delivery timelines. Equipment is subject to availability.
ALCOHOL Bon AppĂŠtit serves beer and wine only. We do not store outside alcohol for events. Customers are responsible for removing any leftover alcohol when the event concludes. Alcohol left behind will be discarded at the time of event clean-up unless other arrangements are made prior to the event.

THE FINE PRINT ORDERING DEADLINES To ensure availability of service and menu items please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance. For last-minute catering requests please contact the catering department, and we will do our best to accommodate you. A last minute order fee of $50 will be added to all orders placed within 24 hours of the event.
CANCELLATION FEE Customers are responsible for paying 50 percent of the total invoice plus $100 in labor for any orders canceled within 3 business days of the event.
PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept credit cards or PO numbers. Please note we do not accept cost center numbers. Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order.
ONLINE ORDERING The catering order process is here to help you create the perfect meeting or event. Our goal is to offer a memorable catering experience perfectly tailored to your needs. A 30-minute set-up time prior to your event is preferred. Please remember to reserve your meeting space accordingly. To place a catering order, please visit the catering website and login to your account. If you do not have a CaterTrax account or have forgotten your password, please email the Catering Manager for assistance.
PLACING AN ORDER STEP 1: Create a new order by adding all desired items for a specific meal (breakfast, lunch, snack, beverage service). • When you have added all items to your selection, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Continue.” A new page will appear with a calendar. STEP 2: Select the desired delivery date. A new “delivery/pick up” option will appear on the same screen. Select desired method. Fill in all required fields. If there are special requests or dietary restrictions, please include that information in the “Special Instructions” box before clicking “Continue.” STEP 3: A new page containing a summary of your order will appear. Fill in the “Order Name.” TO ADD ANOTHER ORDER, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Add Another Order.” Repeat steps 1-5 until you have entered all desired orders. • You cannot make changes to multiple orders all at once. In addition, after you click on “Add Another Order,” you will not be able to make changes to an order. STEP 4: When you are ready to check out, scroll down to the bottom of the most recent order you entered, and click on “Proceed to Check-Out”. Fill in the desired “Payment Method” and then click on “Process This Order(s).” • A new screen will appear with all of your new invoices.
MAKING CHANGES Changes can only be made by going to “My Account,” clicking on “Manage Orders,” and selecting the specific order you wish to adjust. CAUTION: If you close the order window by accident, you will lose all entered information, since none of the orders has been processed.
