Room Rental and Minimum Charges There are room rental charges and food/hosted beverage minimums for each catering area at Saint Louis University Law School. Please contact your catering representative for further information and details. Prices and Menu We would be happy to work with you to custom design individual items or an entire menu for your event. Our menu prices are based on current market conditions and are subject to change until 60 days prior to your event date. Prices do not include Bon Appetit’s 22% service charge or applicable local and state taxes.

Chef/Bartender Fees Chefs and Attendants are required for all chef stations/attendant stations at the rate of $100 per chef for two hours of service

Dill or Onion Dip $8 per pint Bartenders are required for all bars. We require one bartender for every 75 guests at the rate of $150 per bartender Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. A second deposit is due days prior to the event and final payment is due by noon, seven business days before the event. We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, Visa/Mastercard/ American Express. Please note that personal checks will not be accepted for final payment. Guarantees We would appreciate an estimated number of attendees as soon as possible after booking. Final attendance must be guaranteed by noon, seven business days prior to each event. If a guarantee is not submitted within these times, the final charges will be based on the original estimate or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Service for final counts that increase after the guarantee deadline are subject to approval and a 25% late addition penalty.


Late Notice Bookings We will do our best to accommodate all last minute catering event orders but we reserve the right to limit menus and offer substitutions based on product availability. Guest Responsibility The individual or organization scheduling the event agrees to assume full responsibility for the conduct of its members or guests, as well as the liability for charges that may be incurred or damage they may cause. This includes all agents, guests, employees or independent contractors employed by the person or organization responsible for the function. In the event such charges or damages are incurred, the responsible party will be billed accordingly. Exclusivity No food and beverage (with the exception of a wedding cake) may be brought into Saint Louis University Law School. Linens and Napkins Linens will be provided for food and beverage tables at no additional charge. If you would like linen for receptions, breaks, registration tables, dinner tables or any additional table that will be directly used for setup, charges of $8.50 per tablecloth, $5.75 per skirting and $.50 per napkin will apply.
