Nexus Café is more than a coffee shop. Our dynamic service model adapts to meet the needs of our clients and keepstenants coming back for more.

Consistent rotation of exciting local purveyors to capture the attention of tenants and keep them engaged.

New mobile ordering technologies streamline the purchasing process and increase efficiencies through quick pay,contactless QR codes, and advanced ordering capabilities.

TRADECRAFT COFFEE

Bon Appetit will create a transformational coffee & tea experience by partnering with local roasters and tea purveyors who align with Bon Appetit’s initiatives for better and more sustainable world. Nexus will be an oasis that will inspire a cult following with our seasonal rotation of locally crafted coffee and freshly made food.

Vantage is a multi-tenant life science campus with a diverse amenity building. Food and beverage offerings will be an immersive experience, where tenants and visitors can enjoy a wide range of options to best suit their needs and wants on any given day. Highlights in clude an onsite coffee bar with an online order pickup window, retail market, quick service micro-restaurants and outdoor dining. At the peak of the grand staircase, is a full bar with signature cocktails, a full -service restaurant, outdoor terrace, and lounge.

Vantage showcases flexible eateries that can transform into new concepts to evolve with the ever-changing needs of the tenants.
