Meet Jill Ayn Netto the woman behind the help desk! Jill Ayn originally joined the company in 2015 and is now your resident go-to lady at our BAMCO marketing help desk. When not working on your tickets, she can be found reading, taking a walk on the trail behind her house, museum hopping with her husband, or snuggling up to her dog, Louie. Feel free to reach out to her through the help desk, located here. (If you need additional assistance with a ticket, she is always available for a video chat!) Over 300 requests have been filled since January 2022.
FAQs
★ I am working on getting digital signage at my account and will need static signage created, do I have
to submit separate tickets for this or can I include it in the tech help desk ticket?
• We will need a ticket for the project support team to get the digital signage installation process rolling, as well as a marketing ticket for the custom menu boards. NOTE: your regional dietitian will need to approve all menu items before you move forward with the marketing. The help desk will need the approved menu item names, prices, quantities, calorie content, etc. for each item on the static menu.
I just need a quick website edit, why can't I just email my activator or Jill Ayn directly? ★ • Sometimes a request requires a bit of digging -- having everything in one place keeps our processes streamlined and organized.
How do I find out who my activator is? ★ • If you want to submit a ticket for something minor, feel free to submit the ticket and I will add your activator to ensure everyone is in the loop.
My ticket is marked as done, but I have another request -- can I just add it to the most recent one? ★ • If the request is directly related to the original request, then sure! A ticket can be reopened for further revisions/edits. If the request is not related, a new ticket will need to be submitted to avoid future confusion or tracking errors.
If I have questions about my ticket, should I email my activator or Jill Ayn directly? ★ • It is preferred to keep all communication regarding the ticket on the help desk platform, but if you have a question that requires further explanation, feel free to reach out and ask for a Teams call!
