INFORMATION

SERVICE OPTIONS

CATERING MINIMUMS

Any catering order delivered outside the Warch Campus Center will be charged a 25 00 service fee Events with a start time before 8:00 a m will be charged a 25 00 service fee Events with a start time after 8:00 p.m. will be charged a 25.00 service fee.

CUSTOM MENUS

Bon Appétit will gladly assist you in making arrangements for any special requests. A minimum of 7 days advance notice is required for any special menu.

BUFFET SERVICE

China, glassware, silverware, and basic linens for dining tables and buffet tables are included. Standard staffing is included See staffing and labor charge section for details Additional costs for specialty linen or requested rental items would be applied to final event invoice as well as additional staff needed. All beverages and food items will be setup on the buffet; for other options please discuss with your catering manager

PLATED MEAL SERVICE

BANQUET EXCHANGE SERVICE

Our chef will select a menu for your event from the Andrew Commons menu of the day. This menu will include: salad, one starch, one vegetable, vegetarian and meat entrée, dessert, ice water, and lemonade. China, glassware, silverware, and basic linens for dining tables are included Additional rental costs would be applied to final event invoice Standard staffing is included See staffing and labor charge section for details. Additional costs for specialty linen or requested rental items would be applied to final event invoice as well as additional staff needed. STAFF AND LABOR CHARGES

Catering prices include a minimum service staff determined by the service option chosen.

Buffet Service: 1 attendant per 24 guests

Plated Meal Service: 1 attendant per 16 guests

Banquet Exchange: 1 attendant per 24 guests

For additional staff required due to size, location and specifications of certain events will be charged a 4-hour minimum. This includes delivery, set-up, tear-down, and removal of all food and equipment at the scheduled event

STAFFING

Server: 25.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum

Carver: 2500 per hour, 2 hour minimum

Bartender: 25.00 per hour, 4 hour minimum

Event Manager: 200.00 (required for weddings and special events)
