FOOD SAFETY POLICY STATEMENT Each of us at Bon Appetit at Chase Center has a moral obligation to safeguard each other, our guests and the environment by aspiring to operate a safe, injury free and healthy workplace serving food that is always safe to eat and to minimize our impact on the environment.

Our primary concern is that the food we serve is prepared to the very highest standards using quality products and ingredients and as the very minimum we will comply with all relevant legislation and approved codes of practice.

To ensure best practices, we have developed a common minimum operating standard and set of behaviors which will be practiced at every event at Chase Center. These are based on sound science, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices and are being introduced into all our operations and over the next five years will set the benchmark for our industry.

We will regularly measure compliance against these standards and implement performance objectives to assure our clients and customers that we are providing food which is safe to eat while meeting their quality expectations.

All employees are provided with the information, training and tools necessary to do their job in a hygienic and compliant manner Employees comply with all company food safety policies and procedures Management assume the role of supervision of our employees for compliance and conformance with these Standards. We will also expect similarly high standards from our suppliers and contractors.

Furthermore, in response to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented strict guidelines in compliance with the FDA, CDC and the NBA to ensure that Food Safety and the safe enjoyment of our goods & services by our guests is of paramount importance. EXECUTIVE CHEF.

Chad-Jan Neuman

Chad-Jan Neuman joins Bon Appétit Management Company from The Ritz Carlton Hotel & JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where he was the complex's executive chef in charge of the resort’s four restaurants, banquet and special events catering. Chad-Jan started his professional career at The Ritz-Carlton in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he oversaw the property’s four distinct restaurants and reconceptualized its signature restaurant, Mares Restaurant. ChadJan moved to California in 2016, working for The Ritz-Carlton in Lake Tahoe and again in 2019 as executive chef at the Chase Center. In his free time, Chad is a huge Batman comics fan, loves to ride his scooter around town and adores his dogs, Dutch and Stark.


PRE-GAME MENU. All items are a la carte, priced per serving. Minimum of 10 servings per item, except where noted. Quantity requests below minimum may be accommodated. All sandwiches/wraps are cut in half, each half individually wrapped.
