bar service/alcohol policy Our Wedding Package includes bar service with professionally trained bartenders, non-alcoholic beverages, bar mixers, garnishes and glassware; however, the clients are required to provide all alcohol for the event. If the event is taking place at the University of Pennsylvania, the alcohol must be registered with the VPUL Office of Alcohol. Our sales and planning staff will help you through this process and also provide a list of credible beer, wine, and liquor distributors that will deliver directly to our offices prior to your event.
