CATERING


ORDERING CATERING DETAILS Delivery hours are between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Catering is all-inclusive. Service includes delivery, setup, and cleanup of your catering order and supplies. Please allow 30 minutes before and after your event to allow for proper setup and breakdown. Included with all orders are plates, utensils, cups, napkins, bowls, and service ware.

DEADLINES To ensure availability of service and menu items, please place your orders at least 4 business days in advance. For last-minute catering requests, please contact the Catering department and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that menus are subject to change based upon seasonality and availability.

PRICING AND MINIMUM ORDERS Pricing is per person unless otherwise noted and there is a minimum of 10 orders. Special requests may incur additional labor charges at a rate of $40 per hour.

CANCELLATION FEE Customers are responsible for paying the total invoice for any orders canceled less than 48 hours prior to the event.

PAYMENT Payment information must be submitted to confirm your order. Menu pricing does not include sales tax. All orders will be subject to applicable sales tax. Prices are subject to change based on seasonality of items.


BREAKFAST Assorted Pastries | $2 freshly baked pastries: blueberry, lemon poppy, bran mini muffins, chocolate or butter mini croissants, assorted mini danishes

Continental Breakfast | $5.5 yogurts, granola, seasonal fruit, and breakfast pastries

Classic Hot Breakfast | $6 cage-free scrambled eggs, buttermilk pancakes, tater tots, bacon, sausage or vegan sausage

Breakfast Burritos cage-free scrambled eggs, tater tots, cheddar cheese, flour tortilla, served with side salsa roja and salsa verde bacon or sausage | $4 vegan sausage | $5

Toast Bar avocado toast | $2 artisan sourdough, smashed avocado, heirloom tomato, micro greens nutella and banana toast | $3 whole wheat, nutella, banana, granola, berries smoked salmon and cream cheese | $7.75 whole wheat, smoked salmon, cream cheese, onion, capers berries and cream | $3 artisan sourdough, cream cheese, berries, hazelnuts

LUNCH All lunches include house-made cookies, assorted bottled and canned beverages, and seasonal spa water

Chef’s Special | $7.5 choice of meat and vegetarian protein, starch, vegetables, organic side salad

Poke Bowl | $12 ahi tuna, hijiki seaweed, shallot, ginger, furikake and tamari and/or vegan red beet “poke”, hijiki seaweed, shallot, ginger, furikake and tamari served with seasoned sushi rice

Farro Bowl | $6 hall’s organics seasonal vegetables, greens, lemon-rosemary vinaigrette +herb roasted mary’s organic chicken | $2

Herbed Tabbouleh Bowl cucumber, marinated tomatoes, pickled red onion, romaine lettuces, citrus-mint vinaigrette grilled spicy harissa marinated flank steak | $11 organic tofu | $11
