BLUES FOUNDATION LAUNCH RFU FAMILIES FUND PROJECT The charitable arm of Bedford Blues, Blues Foundation, have begun a year long RFU project focused on helping families remain active together. Launched on 12th October and held at Bedford Athletic RFC (MK41 8QA), home of Bedford Junior Blues, the project is completely FREE to attend and runs from 6-7pm every Monday evening. With expert coaching from the Bedford Blues Community team, the sessions have been designed specifically to suit all ages and abilities, with the overall aim focusing on every family member getting involved and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
