One Size Fits All ‘One Size Fits All’ is an anthology of poetry written by Tracey Lingwood and the people of Bedfordshire and Luton. The book was inspired by Ben Salmons who works for the East London Foundation Trust and his ‘Let’s Break the Stigma’ campaign about mental health. Tracey stumbled across Ben’s collaboration with The Higgins Art Gallery and Museum in Bedford one day on the internet, and the display of poetry and artwork created by the people of Bedfordshire, young and old. She contacted Ben and after a couple of conversations the idea for ‘One Size Fits All’ was born. Drawing from her experience as a special needs teaching assistant, and a
career working in the NHS Tracey started the anthology with her own pieces of poetry then with the help of Niki Scott, Aisling O’Callaghan and Jenny Doe of CAMHS, started to collate poetry from the service users of CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) and East London Foundation Trust - “Why sail in the boat alone when we can ride the storm together” ‘One Size Fits All’ is due for release on Amazon in the next few days and all proceeds will be donated to CAMHS Child Adolescent Mental Health Services across Bedfordshire and Luton and has been fully endorsed by both CAMHS and the East London Foundation Trust.
