Sunday 8th August – Crime and Punishment 2pm – 3.30pm The Crime and Punishment tour take you on an interesting journey through Bedford’s 19th Century criminal past, visiting various graves in the cemetery that include an innovative Prison Governor, a murder victim and a policeman. Sunday 8th August – General Heritage 2.30pm – 4pm This walk will try to cover all aspects of the cemetery’s life (or death). It will look at military memorials, complete family groups, local worthies, children and just curious ones.
