That wasn’t the plan, restrictions were meant to have lifted in June but Covid struck its great big beak into our lives once again and sent us scuttling back to re-plan, rearrange and re-dream. Normality creeps closer, keep believing people, we will see and hear the return of live music soon. Once of the biggest issues was trying to reschedule the inaugural CEREMONY festival at Esquires and we have now landed on the new date of Bank Holiday Sunday 29th August with a line-up comprising of Billy NoMates, Pins, JOHN (times two), Crows, FEET, Talk Show, Bleach Lab, Regressive Left, Lynks, Grandmas

House, Low Girl and Enjoyable Listens. There is also a stage directly outside the venue curated by BLENDER with performances from Enne, JW Paris, Viddy, Banton and more. Doors open midday with bands playing until 11pm with an aftershow party kicking off straight afterwards through til 3am. Tickets are on sale now and cost £22.50 + booking fee from seetickets.com. The local promoters have been working hard to secure bookings with the best of the new bands across a variety of genres whilst also continuing to work with heritage acts and established indie bands keen to return to the best (below 300 capacity) venue in the country (Esquires is on your doorstep people – come say Hi!)
