Est in 1973, the BCA promotes and protects the interests of commuters and rail users travelling to and from Bedford Midland and Flitwick Stations.
They hold regular meetings with East Midlands Railway and Thameslink to discuss timetable changes, performance, reliability, on-train security and improved customer care.
They also lobby local MP’s, the industry at large, and Westminster for improvements to station facilities and services plus Local Authorities for better public transport integration between bus and rail services.
Members receive 5/6 newsletters per year updating them with the latest developments from a traveller’s perspective.
