GoI Liveability Standards The Government of India has established a set of ‘Liveability Standards’ to generate Liveability Index. The main inspiration behind the standards is the 24 Smart City Proposals (SCP), which have been gathered together in the form of 15 categories under 4 pillars (Institutional, Social, Economic, and Physical. The framework for Liveability Standards consists of 79 indicators (57 core + 22 mandatory)

About EOML Ease of Measuring Liveability or EOML is a report providing score on data efficiency, done for the pilot cities of Udaipur and Ahmedabad. The approach adopted includes collection of data along with its comparison on the basis of data efficiency (data availability, data source and data responsibility). Finally, the analysis of both the cities is compared in the form of score and the result is produced in the form of EOML Report card.
