Preface This book was written to answer the most fundamental question in your life: How to build and maintain a high energy level throughout your life. What is health? Is it the absence of illness? Not really. From my own experience it is more the capacity of extra resources (energies) in the bodily systems. Good health, a big capacity, which means a tolerance and easy adaptation of changing external condition, where bad health is a low, sometime zero, capacity of tolerance over changing external conditions. How can you extend your capacity? The answer is in this book. Read it, think over it, and apply the parts which are appealing to you. Start with your nutrition – personal diet. It is the primary energy source. Everyday we eat to build our energy deposits in order to use this energy during the activities of day. Physical, emotional, intellectual and external activities need the energy while at the same time introvert activities also demand part of the energy resources: cell maintenance processes in the body for re-building, cleansing and waste carrying processes. We all have our individual eating habits, which we call our personal diet. Some times we follow the eating habits of other people and sometimes we are pressed to follow special eating rules or diets to correct imbalances in our bodies; weight control diet, cholesterol reduction diet, or other diet to correct health problems.
