Backstage Links
Can I ask fans for their country when using the Form feature? Yes along with First Name, Last Name.
How can I modify the list of available stores? A default custom list of stores will be displayed. Within each individual link, you can add or remove store when necessary in the Release section.
Can I modify store order? A default custom store order is displayed for presaves and smartlinks. For each individual link, you can modify store order in the Pre-Release/Landing section and in the Post-Release/Landing section. Simply drag and drop stores with your mouse to change order accordingly.

Backstage Links
Are links automatically updated on release day? (Content Autoscan) As of now, Backstage Links retrieves auto-scan URLS for Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube Videos using Believe internal data. We are currently working on adding iTunes and will increase our autoscan success rate for Deezer. Other stores are not yet available. Believe is negotiating with them to get more auto-scans on D-day. It takes time though and for the time being you can insert the link manually via the editor. How can I export audience for my link? Audience can be exported as a .csv file by clicking on the three vertical dots, then “Export Audience” Once the .csv file is open in Excel, you need to apply "Convert" to the whole column A (semi colomn separator)

Can I create a dedicated ‘Spotify follow’ (or Apple Music, or Deezer) smartlink? While there is no dedicated template in Backstage Links for a plain Spotify Follow yet, you can create a smartlink without a product attached to it and include “Follow artist” automated action. 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
Click on Create link Click on Add Release Select the related artist Don't add any product. Instead, simply click on Save Chose a release date far, far away (like Jan 1st 2099). It has no impact but to keep your link active in the future. In Landing Section, go down the page to Automated actions Click on Add action / Edit action and select Follow artist
When possible, create one unique link per artist with Spotify, Apple Music and Deezer as stores. These 3 DSPs are special and offer a real connect : with fans consent, we can do multiple automated actions in fan’s music libraries ( Follow the artist, follow playlist, like track, save release) Links results will be stored as visits and clicks to presaves. Presaves numbers will be equal to Artist Follow in that particular case. ➕ Additional comments > If you want a simple link without a connect > Create a smartlink without a product attached, use Spotify follow link as store URL, select release date in the past >Consider collecting fan opt-ins as well by activating the subscription form. It will be offered after the Follow action.

How do I de-activate the opt-in form? Go on "Forms" section and un-tick 'Show custom form'. We highly encourage you to keep the opt-in form that can be skipped anyway. You want to capture as many emails &/or phone numbers for artists as possible in order to notify them later about your releases and offers
How can I change my Release time? You can select a specific Time and Timezone to decide when your presave will turn to a smartlink, and when the streaming actions (presave album, single, etc.) should be launched. By default, release time has been set for new links in your workspace using your capital city time. You can change it if needed in the Release section.
