I figured that since it is my first time consigning to a purebred sale, I better bring out a good one! Kruz MacQueen 9K comes from the heart of the Silverline herd. It is not easy to part with this chunky little heifer. Her dam, Lehne MacQueen 28B is an elite cow that we purchased as a foundation female from the Lehne herd. Gentle Rain is exactly that. Docile as they come with a special colour, purple roan! We had to replace one of our breds who slipped her calf. So needless to say we had to choose one of our cows. Rain is as wide as she is tall, straight from pasture 4 days ago. This is an unbelievable easy fleshing cow with beautifully structured udder, along with awesome feet under her. She’s out of a white bull, chrome cow, so colour coming from her is endless. We’ll be sad to see her go. Now for the next owner to enjoy. She’s bred to Cactus Flat Jackpot 1J.
