What do I do when I get off the plane at Dulles Airport?

As soon as you arrive to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): 1. Follow signs to go to "BAGGAGE CLAIM". 2. Pick up your bags. 3. Once you have all your bag(s), move from the baggage claim to the long corridor adjacent. 4. Belo staff will be waiting for you just outside the baggage claim area, between Door 2 and Door 4. They will be holding a “Belo USA” sign and wearing a red Belo t-shirt, so you can find them easily. 5. DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT ALONE! You must check in with a BELO USA staff member at the airport upon your arrival. 6, If there are any emergencies, please call our emergency line: 1 - 866 - 314 - 0608.
If your ight is delayed/canceled or if you miss your ight…DON'T WORRY, WE WILL HELP! 1. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Belo Staff will be checking the status of your flight periodically. When you do arrive, please proceed to the area by the baggage claim, where Belo Staff will be waiting for you. 2. In the event that your flight is cancelled or if you missed your original flight, please call the TRIP COORDINATOR at the EMERGENCY NUMBER (1-866-314-0608) and inform us about your new ight arrangements, including airline name, ight number, departure time and estimated arrival time. If your bags get lost... DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT BEFORE YOU: 1. Inform your airline's baggage service office (located in the baggage claim area) about your lost luggage and complete all the paperwork required. 2. Be sure to tell the airline that you are part of a BELO USA Travel group, and give them the name and address of the HOTEL where the group will be staying. 3. Keep all the paperwork the airline gives you, including your baggage receipt. 4. Finally, inform a Belo staff member that your bags are missing. HAVE A GREAT TRIP!
