What do I do when I get off the plane in LOS ANGELES?

As soon as you arrive to the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX): MEET US IN TERMINAL 4, AT AMERICAN AIRLINES BAGGAGE CLAIM! To do so, please follow these steps: 1. Claim your bags. 2. Proceed to the American Airlines baggage claim area. This is located in Terminal 4, so you might have to go to a different terminal. If you are arriving on an Airline other than: American, United, Midwest or Air Canada, take the free AirTrain to the Terminal 4. If you need assistance finding the Terminal 4 or the American Airlines baggage claim area, ask an airline representative to help you. If you are arriving on American Airlines, you will already be in Terminal 4. 3. Belo staff will be waiting for you at the American Airlines baggage claim area. They will be holding signs and wearing red Belo shirts so you can find them. 4.DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT ALONE! 5.If there are any emergencies, please call our emergency line: 1-866-924-8215

If your flight is delayed/canceled or if you miss your flight…DON'T WORRY, WE WILL HELP! 1. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Belo Staff will be checking the status of your flight periodically. When you do arrive, please proceed to the American Airlines baggage claim area, where Belo Staff will be waiting for you. 2. In the event that your flight is cancelled or if you missed your original flight, please call your Trip Coordinator at the emergency number (1-866-924-8215) and inform us regarding your rescheduled flight.
If your bags get lost…DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT WITHOUT: 1. Inform your airline's baggage service office about your lost luggage and complete all the paperwork. 2. Be sure to tell the airline that you are part of a Belo USA Travel tour group, and provide the name and address of the hotel where the group will be staying. 3. Finally, inform a Belo staff member that your bags are missing when you arrive at the hotel. 4. Don't forget to take your baggage receipt.
