The Belize Training and Employment Centre (BTEC) provides demand-based training for industry specific needs with the aim of developing a skilled workforce.
Through the design of comprehensive job preparedness training and capacity building workshops, BTEC aims to develop a cadre of well-trained, marketable, and self-sufficient individuals able to confidently compete in the marketplace. Its job preparedness training programs encompasses two components: soft skills (attitudes and behaviors) and technical skills (industry specific).
